The picture above comes from  Carlo Crivelli’s 1486 “The Annunciation with Saint Emidius.”

Today, a process of ‘UFO’ disclosure seems to be unfolding quite fast, and it’s quite clear to a lot of people that “There is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations,” according to Lord Admiral Hill-Norton, Former Chief of Defence Staff, 5 Star Admiral of the Royal Navy, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee.

At the end of the day, if you look into the subject and do perform curious research, you’ll find that “There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us, for a very long time,” according Dr. Brain O’leary, NASA astronaut, Princeton Physics Professor.

Not only do we have statements from high ranking military personnel, astronauts, academics, researchers, whistle-blowers and more, but we have radar trackings, electro-optical data, photographs, pictures in the form of official declassified documentation and more. It’s quite clear that something is going on, but for any UFO researcher who has dived deep into this subject, it also seems quite clear that this phenomenon is not only being documented today, but has been documented for a very long time. And now, for the first time, mainstream coverage and admission of UFOs is happening.

There are many examples of well documented cases, and one great one from the ancient world comes in the form of a 9th  century Latin passage which, a thousand years later, is still inspiring the works of multiple UFO researchers around the globe. Liber contra insulam vulgi opinionem is the name of the document.

“In this document, the Archbishop of Lyons complained about a persistent belief among the French peasantry regarding a “certain region called Magonia from whence come ships in the clouds.” (UFOs for the 21st Century Mind)

How fascinating is that statement? “From whence come ships in the clouds” given the fact that this passage is from the 9th century. Truly amazing to say the least.

“According to the belief, the occupants of these vessels would “carry back to that region those fruits of the earth which are destroyed by hail and tempests: the sailors paying rewards to the storm wizards and themselves  receiving corn and other produce.” The Archbishop even said three men and a woman who had claimed to have “fallen from these same ships” had been stoned to death, an event he personally had witnessed.” (UFOs for the 21st Century Mind)

Another example comes from the 13th century, from England. In the year 1211, Gervase of Tilbury, a chronicler of historical events and strange, unexplainable phenomenon, wrote this:

“There happened in the borough of Cloera, one Sunday, while the people were at Mass, a marvel. In this town is a church dedicated to St. Kinarus. It befell that an anchor was dropped from the sky, with a rope attached to it, and one of the flukes caught in the arch above the Church. door. The people rushed out of the church and saw in the sky a ship with men on board, floating before the anchor cable, and they saw a man leap overboard and jump down to the anchor, as if to release it. He looked as if he were swimming in water. The folk rushed up and tried to seize him; but the Bishop forbade the people to hold the man, for it might kill him, he said. The man was freed, and hurried up to the ship, where the crew cut the rope and the ship sailed out of sight. But the anchor is in the church, and has been there ever since, as a testimony”. (UFOs for the 21st Century Mind)

Another event from antiquity that seems to be popular among UFO researchers comes from Nuremberg, Germany, an event documented in the printing press that took place in 1561. On that day, a number of “cylindrical objects” appeared in the sky. Then, from the objects emerged were small round objects, and disk shaped objects that were red, black orange and blue. Below is an image of the Ariel display that was printed.

Apparently, the objects began interacting with each other, and as reported by the press, began to “fight with one another.” Was this really fighting? Or simply a perceived battle? Who knows. After about an hour of these interactions, the objects apparently began to catch fire, all of them, and fell to the ground where they disintegrated and disappeared.

The point is that there is no shortage of these stories from our past, and the phenomenon is not only being documented today, which seems to become more clear to the masses every single year, but also well documented in antiquity.

If you’re interested in discovering more examples, I highly recommend “Wonders In The Sky” published by Dr. Jacques Vallée and Chris Aubeck.

“Their rigorous scientific insistence allows Vallée and Aubeck to retain the most challenging and interesting aspects of these events without the distraction of premature commitment to any particular interpretation. A willingness to combine documentary research, the heart of humanities scholarship, with physical and astrophysical knowledge is rare.” – Professor David Hufford, Penn State College of Medicine, and Department of Religious Studies, University of Pennsylvania.”

The Takeaway

It’s quite clear that the phenomenon we are dealing with, whatever it may be and whatever it may represent, is nothing new, but actually quite old. It appears that these objects have been around perhaps even longer than we’ve been able to document them.

Who knows what their nature may be, but one thing seems certain, if there were any type of malevolent intent, something of that nature would probably have occurred by now. The phenomenon was a mystery then, and it remains a mystery now, and part of that is due to the mass cover-up of this information. That being said, it’s been studied at the highest levels of government and secrecy for a number of years, what ‘we’ knew in the past most likely does not compare to what ‘we know now, despite the fact that we may still know very little.

The implications of this phenomenon are extremely huge, which is why its disclosure is rolling out slowly, and why we as UFO researchers and a citizenry, we must be cautious of disinformation that plagues the field today.

Russian Scientist Claims Earth Is A ‘Reserve’ Quarantined By Aliens

Paul Seaburn, Mysterious Universe

One of Russia’s top astronomers and the head of the SETI scientific and cultural center recently gave an extensive interview with RIA Novosti in which he shared some interesting observations, including that he believes one reason why we have not yet encountered extraterrestrials (in his opinion) is because they may be keeping us in a “reserve” where contact cannot interfere with our development – a kind of Russian version of the Star Trek “prime directive.” He also believes focusing on repeating fast radio bursts may be a mistake that could cause SETI researchers to miss other signals – signals that we may not yet recognize. Is he right?

“Of course we are not alone. The question is not whether they exist, but where they exist.”

Alexander Panov, a leading researcher at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of Moscow State University, head of the SETI scientific and cultural center under the Council on Astronomy of the RAS and chairman of the Life and Mind in the Universe section of the Council on Astronomy of the RAS (i.e. – someone who’s in the know) makes no bones about his believe in aliens. In fact, he says they’ve probably visited Earth before, although he doesn’t equate current UFO sightings to close encounters. Instead, he speculates that other intelligent civilizations, perhaps working together, keep Earth and its inhabitants in a “reserve.”

“It lies in the fact that highly humanized civilizations do not interfere in our development and have created a quarantine zone around us, a radio silence zone so as not to interfere with our independent development.”

However, Panov believes that this “radio silence zone” should not preclude us from searching for signals from other civilizations. One problem he has with current searches is their narrow focus. He is helping design the Russian space observatory Spektr-M, scheduled for launch in 2027, that will have a broad focus and mission – including looking for large artificial structures like Dyson spheres, black holes, cosmic rays, dark matter and laser signals rather than just fast radio bursts. He is also pushing for new technology which will allow telescopes to monitor the skies 24/7 and record and analyse what would then be ten-to-a-hundred times more data.

“Another method of searching for extraterrestrial civilizations is archaeo-astronomy.”

Not content to look only in far corners of the universe for evidence of life, Panov supports searching closer – like on the Moon – for archaeological evidence of advanced alien civilization that may have visited millions of years ago. He doesn’t believe that information of this kind has already been discovered and is being hidden from the public. If all of this sounds like pie-in-the sky, Panav agrees. He admits some of these projects could have been done before, but the driving force is budgets – not fear of alien contact.

“When you go outside, a brick may fall on your head, but this does not mean that you need to constantly stay at home. The potential benefits we can get from contacts are so great that they outweigh the risks. However, this does not mean that there is no need to think about possible risks. Scientists have defined a set of safety rules that must be followed if you received and decrypted the interstellar message. For example, if the algorithm for creating some device or computer program that we are offered to build and run is indicated there, then in no case should you do it without understanding. You never know, maybe this is something malicious. Safety rules must be observed, but not paranoid.”

Not Paranoid?

Observed but not paranoid.” Sounds like a good philosophy for a lot of things, not just SETI. And Alexander Panov sounds like an interesting person to invite over for dinner and conversation …. If he can pull himself away from searching for other life in the universe.

Russian & Chinese “Specialists” Exchanged “Video & Photographic Materials” Of UFOs – CIA Document

Published

on

“I must say that if your listeners could see for themselves the mass of reports coming in from airborne gendarmerie, and from the gendarmerie charged with the job of conducting investigations, all of which reports are being forwarded by us to the CNES (National Center for Space Studies), then they would see that it is all pretty disturbing.”

– Former French Minister of Defence Robert Galley (Dolan, Richard. UFOs For the 21st Century Mind: New York: Richard Dolan Press, 2014.)

Thousands upon thousands of previously classified documents related to UFOs and potential extraterrestrial beings have been released into the public domain by dozens of governments, as well as several Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. In the United States, the NSA, CIA, and FBI have done the same, proving that these agencies put significant resources toward studying this phenomenon. The topic has exited the realm of “conspiracy theory” and entered into the realm of reality, largely due to the efforts of hundreds of military whistle-blowers of all ranks, as well as politicians and academics. We’re talking about generals, pilots, professors, astronauts, world leaders, and more. If one thing is abundantly clear, it’s that something is going on here, and some people have known about it for a very long time.

These objects are spotted, photographed, recorded on video, commonly tracked on radar and observed by military pilots who are scrambled to take a closer look. This is evidence that can’t be denied, which is why  Christopher Mellon, who served 30 years in the federal government and was Deputy Assistant Defence Secretary for Intelligence from 1997  to 2002, has published detailed articles for outlets like The Hill as well as The Washington Post emphasizing the reality and seriousness of this subject. He is one of several to do so.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to see this type of UFO mainstream disclosure taking place, although it’s unfortunate that the topic, or any topic for that matter, has to be taken seriously by mainstream media for many to even take the subject seriously. This type of disclosure is well overdue given the fact that there has been a long campaign of “official secrecy and ridicule,” as stated by Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, the very first director of the CIA. (source)

But why now? The topic of UFOs has been gaining a tremendous amount of popularity and credibility, we now know that that there are “objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy.” (Lord Admiral Hill Norton, Former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee)

It’s no secret that countries spy on each other, and use a variety of methods to do so. Take the American government’s STARGATE project, for example, which investigated parapsychology and then used their findings to spy on other countries. Of course, we can’t forget about the Snowden leaks, which showed how the U.S. government actively spies on not only their own citizens, but also on major corporations, financial institutions, and other countries.

When it comes to the topic of UFOs, this is no exception. Multiple governments have black budget operations, referred to Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (SAPs) in the United States, and they have absolutely zero oversight from Congress.

A document found online in the CIA’s electronic reading room outlines how the CIA was gathering intelligence on a joint effort between the USSR and the People’s Republic of China (PRC). This was almost two decades ago, when scientists from the USSR as well as the PRC initiated a joint study on UFOs, and stands as yet another document showing how seriously global governments have investigated UFOs throughout history:

“Scientists of the PRC and the Soviet Far East have begun joint study of UFO’s. The first meeting of ufologists of the two countries has ended in the small maritime townlet of Dalnegorsk. The Soviet and Chinese specialists on anomalous phenomena have mapped out a program for investigating incidents that are already known and have also arranged to directly exchange video and photographic materials on new similar phenomena. Dalnegorsk has not been chosen by chance as the place for such acquaintance. In the last few years the number of cases of visual observation of UFO’s has noticeably increased there. In just the last four years alone no less than 10 UFO’s have been recorded. Specialists link their heightened interest in places here with the variety and wealth of useful minerals in Maritime Kray. Similar, incidents have also occurred in mountainous regions in China whose climatic conditions and natural landscape resemble our own.” (source)

The key phrase there is “The Soviet and Chinese specialists on anomalous phenomena have mapped out a program for investigating incidents that are already known and have also arranged to directly exchange video and photographic materials on new similar phenomena.”

The Takeaway

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this topic truly leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. It has huge implications, spiritually, technologically, historically and scientifically. The process of disclosure is long, and it won’t come from any type of authority figure, it will happen naturally, in my opinion, as time goes on and as the collective mind opens up to the fact that we are not alone in the universe, and that we have been and are being visited for a very long time.

Famous German Engineer: “Flying Saucers” Were In The “Planning Stage As Early As 1941”

Published

on

“A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of ‘flying saucers’ carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.” (source, via the CIA’s electronic reading room.)

There is no shortage of strange documents in the CIA’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) electronic reading room. Many reveal the agency’s efforts to keep tabs on the technological developments of other countries, especially during and after World War II.

One document brings up a famous German engineer named Georg Klein, who, as the document states, expressed that “though many people believe the ‘flying saucers’ to be a post-war development, they were actually in the planning stage in German aircraft factories as early as 1941.”

The document then goes on to mention an experiment described by Klein:

“The “flying saucer” reached an altitude of 12,400 meters within 3 minutes and a speed of 2,200 kilometres per hour. Klein emphasized that in accordance with German plans, the speed of these “saucers” would reach 4,000 kilometres per hour. One difficulty, according to Klein, was the problem of obtaining the materials to be used for the construction of the “saucers,” but even this had been solved by German engineers toward the end of 1945, and construction on the objects was scheduled to begin, Klein added.”

According to Klein, by 1944 the Germans had already built three saucers for testing. Were these the “foo” fighters all of these American pilots were reporting?  The document describes the three discs:

“One type actually had the shape of a disc, with an interior cabin, and was built at the (unidentified) factories, which had also built the V2 rockets. This model was 42 meters in diameter. The other model had the shape of a ring, with raised sides and a spherically shaped pilot’s cabin placed on the outside, in the center of the ring . . . [and] both models had the ability to take off vertically and to land in an extremely restricted area, like helicopters.”

The engineers were ordered to destroy these saucers, including all of the plans for them. “The engineers at the Mite factories in Breslau, however, were not warned in sufficient time of the Soviet approach, and the Soviets, therefore, succeeded in seizing their material. Plans, as well as specialized personnel, were immediately sent directly to the Soviet Union under heavy guard.”

Aviation writer Nick Cook is one of many to have investigated this topic, and in 2002 he came to the conclusion that the Nazis had experimented “with a form of science the rest of the world had never remotely considered” and which continues to be suppressed today. (source)

It makes you wonder what the United States received given that, through Operation Paperclip, a number of top German scientists were transported to the United States.

“[Italian researcher] Renato Vesco argued that Germans had developed antigravity. Disc-shaped and tubular craft were built and tested near the end of the Second World War, which, he argued, was the proper explanation of foo fighters. These concepts, he maintained, were developed by the Americans and Soviets and led directly to flying saucers.” – Richard Dolan

Dr. David Clarke is an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in England. He was also the curator for The National Archives UFO project from 2008–13, and regularly comments in national and international media on UFOs.

Dr. Clarke told The Daily Mail,

“Even though they have been partly censored they can’t conceal the fact the UK military were interested in capturing UFO technology or what they coyly refer to as ‘novel weapon technology’… And the files reveal they were desperate to capture this technology – wherever it came from – before the Russians or the Chinese got hold of it first… Although this was 1997, Russia was still regarded as an undefeated enemy with a weapons programme regarded as a threat to the West.”

So, perhaps this reverse engineering started long ago? A recent and very significant leak on the topic also suggests the same thing.

The Takeaway

The topic of UFOs continues to gain popularity, especially given the fact that it continues to be legitimized within the mainstream every single year. The intentions behind that are another subject, but one thing that remains certain, in my opinion, is that  “The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious.” – General Nathan Twining  (source)

Humanity has a history of believing one thing, and then having a paradigm-busting moment shattering that belief. Take, for example, prominent physicist Lord Kelvin, who stated in the year 1900 that, “There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement.” It wasn’t long after this statement when Einstein published his paper on special relativity. Einstein’s theories challenged the accepted framework of knowledge at the time, and forced the scientific community to open up to an alternative view of reality.

This type of thing will continue to happen throughout human history, and it’s happening more today than ever before in regards to a variety of different topics.

It’s definitely an exciting time to be alive.

Britain’s Royal Air Force To Release Secret UFO Files For The First Time

While the RAF is prepared to disclose its UFO files, the U.S. Navy has stated the opposite—that it would be a national security threat to tell the truth.

The age-old question of are we alone in the universe may not be answered any time soon, but the fact that Britain is planning on declassifying its UFO files for the first time puts us one step closer to the truth.

The Royal Air Force (RAF) ran a UFO unit for 50 years that took in public sighting reports but it was shut down in 2009 after it was determined none of the reports offered evidence of a real threat. The records from the unit were then given to the British National Archives where they were classified.

A spokesman for the RAF said that “it had been assessed that it would be better to publish these records, rather than continue sending documents to the National Archives, and so they are looking to put them on to a dedicated gov.uk web page.

A clearance process for the documents is currently underway before publication, which is expected to take place “sometime within the first quarter of 2020,” according to the Telegraph.

Given the massive public interest in this subject, I’m pleased that these files will be released and made available online,” said Nick Pope, who used to investigate UFO sightings for the country’s Ministry of Defence (MoD).

In June 2013, the MoD previously reported it was releasing the final UFO files in the UK’s possession. However, we now know that’s not true thanks to a Freedom of Information Request by PA News.

In response to the FOI, the RAF described the files it held as “comprising entirely of correspondence with members of the public.

“The MoD has no opinion on the existence or otherwise of extraterrestrial life and does not investigate UFO reports.”

While the attempts to hide the truth about the existence of UFOs are dying down, disclosure is ramping up. As TMU previously reported, U.S. Navy officials have acknowledged that video footage showing UFOs flying is real.

In the video below, Lt. Col Lawrence J. Tacker and Maj Hetor Quintanilla, Jr., speak about unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and Project Blue Book, which relates to the investigation of UFOs in the United States.

Just like RAF, the Blue Book commission determined that UFOs did not pose a security risk and that they were identifiable in 1966 under hearings. However, Dr. J. Allen Hynek who was the lead scientist on the Blue Book commission confessed years later that there was a cover-up.

Project Blue Book wasn’t the only investigation into UFOs—there was also Project GrudgeProject Sign, the Cometa ReportMajestic 12Robertson Panel and more recently a whistle-blower disclosed that the U.S. claimed to have an Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). The U.S.’ own interest in UFOs is obviously well documented up to the 21st century.

In fact, the very first former CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter agreed with Hynek in a 1960 New York Times article oddly titled, “AIR FORGE ORDER ON ‘SAUCERS’ CITED; Pamphlet by the Inspector General Called Objects a ‘Serious Business“ that contradicts Project Blue Book’s findings and the CIA’s own comments a few years ago. Hillenkoetter said that the Air Force called UFOs “serious business in secret.

It’s no wonder that they were called “serious business” because years prior in 1942, the incident known as the Battle Of Los Angeles took place where the U.S. military shot at an unknown disk over California that they later called a weather balloon—just like the infamous Roswell incident in 1947 which was first reported as a saucer, later changed to a balloon filled with crash dummies.

Another high-ranking official Major Donald Keyhoe alleged in an earlier 1958 interview that the Air Force was deliberately dismissing and covering up UFOs, confirming Hillenkoetter and Hynek’s claims made years later. Major Keyhoe also exposes the CIA life that all of the UFO sightings were the agency when he says that “one pilot was killed in 48 chasing one.” He also said that if they don’t exist “why do they rush to these crash sites?” A report also exists stating that the Air Force was ordered to shoot down flying saucers in 1952.

While the RAF is prepared to disclose its UFO files, the U.S. Navy has stated the opposite—that it would be a national security threat to disclose the Nimitz incident and the release would result in “exceptionally grave damage.”

UFOs are frequently seen around missile silos causing nuclear weapon stations to go haywire and even go offline, disabling them since 1948, according to Captain Robert Salas.

The truth is out there and X-Files fans everywhere are itching for disclosure. However, if history is any guide, we are unlikely to get anything of value from the RAF reports on citizen sightings.
